We hosted a highly successful Stress Management Workshop led by Khaled Salaheldin. We hosted a transformative Boundaries Workshop led by the Dalia Elserafy. Participants delved into the art of setting healthy boundaries, gaining valuable tools to cultivate stronger relationships and prioritize self-care.
